My items are damaged, what do I do?

Sorry your order hasn't arrived as it should have! In the event that an item does arrive damaged, please take some photographs of the damaged item and either ask your property to contact our team or you can send us an email on yourshop@unilodge.com.au. We will review the damage and send a replacement if deemed genuine.
