When you sign a lease agreement with UniLodge, you are entering into a legally binding contract where you are responsible for:
Acknowledging that you have read the Resident Handbook and will abide by the expectations and rules set out in it.
Paying the lease fees for the agreed term and UniLodge has the right to seek recovery of these monies if you fail to meet your legal requirements.
Completing and returning the entry condition report within 7 days of your arrival to assess any damage at the end of the lease.
Abiding by UniLodge's rules of lease which promote tolerance, courtesy, and care for others within the community.
