What is an entry condition report?

An entry condition report is a document completed at the start of a Rooming Accommodation Agreement. It is signed by both the resident and a UniLodge representative and details the initial condition of the apartment, including furniture and equipment. This report is crucial as it is used to assess any damage at the end of the lease agreement. Residents are required to return the completed condition report to the property reception staff within a specified timeframe (usually 5 to 7 days) after arrival. If a resident fails to return the report within this period, the initial condition report will be used as the basis for any security deposit claims at the end of the lease.
