A breach notice in the context of a lease agreement with UniLodge is a formal written warning issued by UniLodge management to a resident who has violated the terms of their Occupancy Agreement or the Resident Handbook. This can occur for various reasons, such as causing damage, defaulting on rental payments, engaging in illegal activities, or causing inconvenience to others. If a resident receives a breach notice and the behavior reoccurs, they may be issued with a termination notice, which could lead to eviction. Additionally, if a resident's guests violate the rules, the resident may also receive a breach notice, as they are responsible for their guests' behavior.
