- First, attempt to discuss the issue directly with your housemate with the aim of reaching an agreement before the issue escalates. Please remember to be calm and respectful.

- If a resolution cannot be reached, contact a Residential Advisor for assistance. They may arrange a meeting with all the parties involved to help resolve the issue.

- If the issue persists the Residential Advisor will escalate to the Residential Life Manager for further assistance.
