A routine inspection is an inspection performed by our team to ensure your apartment/ room is always in good condition. Routine inspections are part of your lease agreement, and they are performed every 3 months. You can be present during the inspection if you wish but it is not a requirement. During the inspection, you can expect us to take photos of the apartment and take notes. We will provide you with some feedback once the inspection report is completed.
