If you were not successful in receiving a visa to study in Australia before the commencement of your lease start date, you must submit a written email requesting cancellation within 24 hours of receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the refusal notice. Once we receive your notice about your Visa being declined, we will cancel your lease agreement and be in contact with you about returning your deposit. If you contact us after your lease has commenced, you may be charged a portion or all of your deposit.
