If you are underage, you can still sign a tenancy agreement with UniLodge, but there are specific conditions that must be met. For all under 18's the Residential Tenancy Agreement must be also signed by a parent or a legal guardian. Additionally, it is important to consider not all our properties allow under 18's and if you are an international student and 17 years of age, you must have permission from the University or College to reside at a UniLodge property and you can only apply for properties that allow under 18s ( please note UniLodge does not accept students under 17).
