To pay the bond or security deposit for your accommodation, please follow the instructions provided to you by your leasing team as the process may vary depending on whether you are a domestic or international student, the property, or state in which you choose to reside. Typically, the Bond or Security Deposit amount of 4 weeks remains the same. Payments for the Bond can either be made via UniLodge using credit card, debit card, bank transfer or cheque or directly to the RTA. If sent to UniLodge, our team will then lodge your bond with the Residential Tenancy Authority (RTA) on your behalf. Please follow the UniLodge advice provided to you during the leasing process.
