To secure a room or apartment at UniLodge, you need to follow a three – step process. Firstly, apply for a room or apartment through the UniLodge website by completing the online application form and providing the necessary documents, (Passport, Certificate of Enrollment - COE and valid visa for International Students / ID document). After submitting your application, your application will be assessed and if successful, you will receive a Letter of Offer and instructions on how to secure your room by paying an advanced rent amount and bond (security deposit).

Your payment will then be acknowledged by UniLodge with a “Letter of Confirmation” confirming the details of your lease booking. The UniLodge Reservations Team will also send you a Lease Agreement or equivalent for you to complete (Residential Tenancy Agreement).

In summary:

  1. Apply online and provide all the requested documents

  1. Pay advance rent and / or security deposit

  1. Receive “Letter of Confirmation”

  1. Sign the lease agreement

  1. Get ready to check in & be part of the UniLodge community!
