If you wish to withdraw your application for accommodation at UniLodge, you must provide at least 28 days written notice prior to the commencement date of your Occupancy Agreement. If you have already accepted the offer of accommodation and paid the security deposit and/or Advance Occupancy Fee, and then decide to withdraw your application, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Please discuss your situation with the Property Management team as early as possible.

The refund of the security deposit is at the discretion of UniLodge management and depends on whether the apartment is re-let to another party. It's important to note that if you decline similar alternative accommodation within the same UniLodge facility before the commencement of your Occupancy Agreement or upon arrival, a total refund of your security deposit and advance Occupancy Fees will not be applicable, but a partial refund may apply.
