When applying for student accommodation, you will need to provide several documents during the application process. These include your visa information if you are an international student, identity documents such as a passport or national ID card as well as a COE (confirmation of enrolment to confirm your student status).

If you are not a student, we will ask you to complete a residential application which requires additional documents such as proof of income and tenancy references.
