All apartments at UniLodge and Student Living properties are furnished. Some properties that are BTR – Build to Rent may offer furnished and unfurnished options as these are general residential living apartments. Inclusions depend on the apartment/ room type; however, they will always include a bed (single or double) and a study desk. In shared apartments, they typically include a lounge suite, coffee table, dining table and chairs as well as kitchen cooking equipment for you to enjoy.
